Hero at our Sister Company

On Friday, October 5th at 10:00 a.m., Gary Enzor, President & CEO, Bob Bonnett, VP Safety and Bob Earley, VP Driver Services, held a short ceremony at our corporate office to thank Owner-Operator, Oscar Davila for his quick actions. On August 18th, Oscar rescued a young girl who had been kidnapped. Both Transport Topics and Independent Transport Journal have covered the story. Oscar is based at Terminal 766, in Branford, CT. His son, Ruben Davila is also a QC driver at the same terminal. QDI arranged for Oscar and his sister, Ana to be in Tampa for the ceremony. Please join us as we honor Oscar, a true �Knight of the Highway,� for literally going the extra mile to rescue a little girl in danger.
