Hose Testing
In an effort to provide hose testing and inspection services to our customers,
QualaWash has established a partnership with Hart Industries to offer these services
to QSI customers.
Designated Qualawash facilities are now able to inspect and hydrostatically test hoses
in accordance with applicable RMA (Rubber Manufacturers Association) Guidelines. These
are the same guidelines followed and recommended by all major hose manufactures.
QHL has become a frontline agent in hose inspection and testing. We are providing
this service to all participating customers per their instructions and requirements.
This service is of great value enabling us to keep QHL�s customers in compliance with any industry,
government, or specific company mandates or requirements and free of non-conformances or
violations.
Hose inspection and testing programs are being mandated by more and more chemical
shippers, who are in turn requiring carriers to participate in these same type programs..
and yes, QHL is there ready to assist with such programs, allowing you to stay in compliance
and keep your trailers rolling.
